This vet office is wonderful! As soon as you walk in the door, you're greeted with many smiling faces! Even the people in the waiting room [patients parents] were kind and inviting! We had taken our 7 month old orange tabby to another vet for a check up and to look into some symptoms he had, but he left with a clean "bill of health". Not 48 hours after the vet visit [at the other vet] our kitten had his mouth swell. We made an appointment with this vet office [my former dog and former cat were both patients here, but I didn't live in the area anymore, that's why I didn't take them here first]. They were fantastic then and are still fantastic now!
They diagnosed him with a yeast infection and told us that his lip swelled most likely due to an allergic reaction. We were given proper medication and detailed instructions [showing how to give the proper dosage]. Meanwhile, the other vet just said he was fine. We're CLEARLY not happy with the other vet office and will be taking up concerns with them, but AC Vet handled our kitten well. I've never seen him this calm around others in a foreign place.
When my mother had to put down our cat of 12 years, she was devastated but the people at AC Vet were wonderful through the entire experience. They know how to make pets feel comfortable during life and their passing while making pet owners feel at ease.
Aside from the fantastic staff, the whole facility has always been really clean and tidy. No matter if I live 5 minutes away or 45 minutes away, I've learned my lesson about trusting other vets and I will ALWAYS be going to AC Vet from now on!
[We had Dr. Bardsley and my mother mainly had Dr. Keck.]

We are truly Grateful for your practice. We have 6 dogs and all of them are taken care of so well with your services. We used to go to a vet where we'd wait hours to get in, there was no follow-up, we were lost in the shuffle. Since I've been with your practice, I have had EXCELLENT SERVICE from every single Doctor and staff member. Everyone is organized, detail oriented and the follow through/up is absolutely amazing! My Dogs are finally in great hands. We appreciate all that you do! Lisa

This is the very best place that my dogs and cat have ever gone to! Thank you Dr. Emily- you have done wonders for Oreo and Shasta! We thought at one point that we were going to have to put our sweet Shasta (cat) down, but thanks to Dr. Emily, she came up with a solution that changed Shasta's life and we now have our wonderful cat back- she's better than she has ever been! Thank you! Oreo was suffering and we were at the end- poor thing- thank you Dr. Emily and Dr. Keck- our sweet Oreo is doing well, and we are all one happy family again!

We want to thank you all for the sympathy card, but especially for your kind words and prayers. Elliott will always be in our hearts. He was such a good boy, and we miss his kisses everyday. Everyone at your office were always so pleasant and loving with him and our Sophie (She misses him terribly). We know that he is in a better place,and in some very good company.
